ORDER AND OPINION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the appellant, Arnold Neverson’s, appeal from a judgment and sentence entered by the Pinellas County Court. After reviewing the briefs and record, this Court affirms the judgment and sentence.

The defendant is attempting to appeal his conviction for possession of marijuana. He has not, however, shown in the record that he preserved any issue for appellate review. The record shows the defendant entered a no contest plea to the charges; thereby voluntarily giving up his right to appeal. There is, therefore, nothing for this Court to review. Accordingly, the judgment and sentence must be affirmed.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the judgment and sentence is affirmed.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida this _____ day of November, 2006.
